Matt joined Buzz Bingo as Finance Director in March 2021 and was appointed CFO in February 2025.

Most recently prior to joining Buzz, Matt had held a number of senior finance roles (CFO / FD) as both an interim consultant and permanent basis across a number of sectors including B2B distribution, manufacturing and IT services. His experience covers strategy, financial insight and performance enhancement, delivering finance and business change initiatives including M&A, and improving working capital and cash management.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of post-qualification experience. Matt started his career at PwC before spending 8 years at Rothschild in its M&A and Strategic Advisory division, advising public and private companies on takeovers, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraisings. Subsequent to that Matt held senior Corporate Development roles at two FTSE 250 listed businesses in the building products distribution and FMCG manufacturing sectors, leading on a number of acquisitions, disposals and strategy projects in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
